 Regional
Programs
As
part of its continued role to provide education to long term care
staff, PARRI offers a new regional program every year.
These
programs are offered statewide, and are based on topics
central to the work of PARRI, including: physical restraint reduction,
fall prevention/management, and reduction of inappropriate medications.
The regional programs
are designed to provide practical tools and information to assist
long term care staff in their efforts to improve care delivery
systems and resident outcomes.
